What Does Flocabulary Look Like In the Classroom?
On the First Day of the Unit, Students Will:
- Complete a Pre-Assessment;
- Watch the Flocabulary Video;
- Receive the Lyrics;
- Circle, Underline, or Highlight the Definitions in Context;
- Rewatch the Flocabulary Video; and
- Receive the Definitions.
During the Course of the Two-Week Flocabulary Unit, Students Will:
- Receive Six Homework Assignments;
- Antonym or Synonym
- Fix the Mistake
- Meaningful Sentences with Illustrations
- Note-Taking Chart
- Pick the Winner
- Understanding What You Read
- Rewatch the Video During Class as Time Permits; and
- Need to Study the Definitions (INCLUDING Antonyms and Synonyms).
On the Last Day of the Unit, Students Will:
- Take the Vocabulary Test.
